More often than not, I find myself at a loss for words to convey Israel’s genocide in Gaza and the relentless havoc that the Israeli government enables settlers to inflict upon Palestinians in the West Bank. Rather than write yet another article expressing my outrage and disgust, I chose to speak in a more immediate form: brief, breathless reflections accompanied by images that require no embellishment. Taken together, they portray a reality that should shake every conscience: the extraordinary cruelty with which Israeli soldiers and settlers acting with impunity. This is not random violence. It is a sustained campaign of coercion whose purpose is painfully clear: to dispossess Palestinians of their land and make their lives unbearable until they are left with no choice but to leave.
In Israel, The Truth Is Treason
NAZA, the documentary by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor, has set Israel ablaze — not with remorse, but with rage. Rather than confront what the film documents, most Israelis condemned it. The government branded the two filmmakers as traitors, ministers demanded their citizenship be revoked, and they now live under death threats. That is disgraceful. But the greater tragedy is Israel’s refusal to look in the mirror and admit that crimes against humanity—genocide—were committed in Gaza. Denial is not a shield; it is moral collapse. A nation that cannot face what it has inflicted on the Palestinians will carry that stigma for generations. When will Israelis wake up? Until they do, the truth will wait—and the price will go much higher and still come due.
Netanyahu’s Appetite For War Crimes Appears Insatiable
Prime Minister Netanyahu’s appetite for war crimes and crimes against humanity appears insatiable. Having failed to destroy Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis, and having failed catastrophically to force regime change in Iran, he now turns his attention increasingly to the West Bank. From Washington, there has been not a word to stop him. Worse, the Israeli public and the opposition parties say next to nothing about this unfolding travesty. Israel’s standing in the international community is already shattered; it is hard to know what remains to be destroyed. This is how Netanyahu is burying what was once the dream of a Jewish state—living in peace and security with its neighbors.
Comparing Netanyahu’s Government To A Beast Insults All Beasts
The way Israel treated starving Palestinians children in Gaza is an atrocity beyond human comprehension. When food is thrown onto the ground, and ravenous children are forced to scramble for scraps, reducing the starving children to rats, their dignity is not merely debased—it is deliberately crushed. Children, weakened by starvation, are made to fight over food unfit for human consumption, only to be left with watery soup and empty hands. This was not humanitarian relief; it was calculated degradation. This Netanyahu government and the soldiers that carried out its war crimes have shattered Israel’s morals to a point of no return. Comparing its vicious onslaught on the Palestinians to that of a blood-craving beast is an insult to the beast.
Netanyahu’s Government: A Menace To Jews Worldwide
Netanyahu’s government claims to speak for Jews everywhere while committing crimes against humanity in the West Bank and Gaza. Its policies of dispossession, widespread destruction, displacement, killings, and terror against Palestinian civilians betray the moral inheritance of Judaism. They endanger Jews worldwide by creating the poisonous impression that all Jews are complicit in Israel’s atrocities and giving unprecedented rise to antisemitism. Netanyahu and his fascist government’s crimes are not as colossal as what the Nazis committed against the Jews, but still, the mindset, inhumanity, and cruelty are equal to the Nazis’ spirit, intention, and determination.
A War Criminal
The Netanyahu government’s strategy in the West Bank is not only to subjugate the Palestinians but to make their lives as miserable and exhaust them to a point of no return. To achieve its goal, it resorts to nightmarish methods through routine night raids, routine house demolitions, routine incarceration, and driving families from their homes. More than 190 water and sanitation structures were damaged or destroyed this year, and the loss of safe, clean water has spread skin disease and infection among a population already stripped of every protection. History will record this as a deliberate campaign to break a people—and it will name and condemn the criminals who ordered it, those who carried it out, and those who watched in silence.
Gaza’s Children Will Mark Israel With Eternal Stain Of Shame
What physicians describe from Gaza is beyond horror: children burned beyond recognition, torn apart by explosions, and left bleeding on hospital floors while doctors, overwhelmed and deprived of supplies, must decide whom they can save. One physician who worked there said he saw more incinerated children in a single week than in his entire medical career serving in several war zones. These are not statistics. They are children—each with a name, a family, a future—destroyed by Israel’s relentless subhuman assault. No political objective, no invocation of security, can excuse the mass killing and maiming of children. What Netanyahu and his evil government have inflicted on Gaza’s children will mark Israel with a lasting stain of shame.
Europe’s Cowardice And Complicity Are Enabling Israel’s Atrocities
Europe’s democracies are not innocent bystanders; by refusing to impose real punitive measures on Israel, they have become accomplices to its crimes. They watch Gaza reduced to rubble and Palestinians in the West Bank driven from their land by the settlers’ terror, violence, and military brutality—then answer with hollow statements of “concern.” Even the EU’s own review found undisputed evidence that Israel has grossly violated the human-rights clause of its Association Agreement. Yet Europe still protects trade privileges, maintains diplomatic normalcy, and fails to stop weapons transfers. Europe must suspend its agreement with Israel, sanction responsible officials, recall its ambassadors, and impose an arms embargo. Silence amid such devastation is outrageous; it is cowardice—and complicity.
Trump Is Complicit In Crimes Against Humanity
Successive American administrations have enabled Israel’s occupation and repeated assaults on Palestinians through diplomatic protection, military aid, and the routine shielding of Israel from meaningful international accountability. But Trump has elevated that complicity to a more brazen level. At a time when Palestinian civilians are being killed, displaced, starved, and denied essential humanitarian relief, he has chosen not to use America’s immense leverage to demand an immediate end to these atrocities. Instead, his authorization of $2.8 billion in additional weapons rewards and sustains Israel’s devastating military campaign. Supplying arms amid such widespread destruction is active participation and bears moral and political responsibility for their continuation. This is complicity in crimes against humanity.
Israel’s Best Minds Are Fleeing Their Country’s Moral Ruin
Israel is driving out the people it can least afford to lose. Since 2023, nearly 200,000 Israelis have emigrated from Israel, including doctors, engineers, scientists, and high-tech professionals—an accelerating brain drain that weakens the country’s future. They are not fleeing insecurity or economic uncertainty. Many are abandoning a state sinking ever deeper into moral catastrophe resulting from its malicious devastation of Gaza and the never-ending dispossession of Palestinians in the West Bank. A nation cannot brutalize another people, normalize impunity, and expect its own moral and social fabric to survive intact. Israel’s leaders are destroying Palestinian lives, and in doing so, it is sacrificing its best and brightest who see no future left to return to.
Israelis Must Rise To Stop Crimes Against Humanity Committed In Their Name
Israel’s assault on Palestinians is a moral catastrophe that demands outrage, not silence. International pressure is essential, but Israelis themselves must rise and categorically denounce these crimes committed in their name. Their government is not merely harming Palestinians; it is destroying the moral foundations on which Israel was created and staining the conscience of the Jewish people everywhere. Its dehumanization of Palestinians imperils its future and raises profound questions about its own right to exist. Israelis cannot merely mourn or dissent quietly. They must organize, resist, protest, and strike. They must demand an immediate end to state brutality. If they don’t, they will be left with a hollowed-out state, unworthy of its name, and pay the ultimate price.
