How, after 80 years, Germany is somehow repeating its history.

We know already how NATO provoked Russia in starting its military operation in eastern Ukraine in 2022. Its constant expansion drift towards the borders of Russia and the US orchestrated coup in Kiev in 2014, putting neo-Nazi affiliated nationalists in power, can be clearly observed by those who are not blindly following a western fabricated anti-Putin, anti-Russian narrative and propaganda. It can be discussed if the Russian military operation was an invasion of a sovereign country and thus an aggression that has to be condemned. But to do so, all that has happened since the Soviet Union’s fall in 1991 should be put under a magnifying glass. Here, though, is not the place to deepdive in those 30+ years because it would take many written pages to do so.

One thing is very clear, though. That NATO’s aggressive expansion eastward and its encircling drift of Russia’s borders is a fact that nobody can deny. You can ask yourself what the USA would have done if Russia had orchestrated a coup in Mexico and then filled it to the teeth with arms.

One thing the West wants everybody to forget is that since 2014, the eastern and southern, Russian-speaking part of Ukraine did not acknowledge the violent coup in Kiev and protested. In response, Kiev sent its army to quell the protests. When this failed, Kiev started to bombard the cities of Donetsk and Lugansk and sent the AZOV battalion (well known neo-Nazis) to batter the Donbass population into submission. In answer to that violent response, the people of the 2 Donbass regions declared their independence, and the republics of Lugansk and Donetsk were proclaimed. And then 8 years of internal war began, which caused the death of thousands of civilians.

Already at that time the west, and especially the EU, saw it convenient to obscure the real and prominent presence of neonazis in Ukraine and in its new power structure. It opted to obscure the nazi-like torch celebrations of the Ukrainian Nazi collaborator Bandera who, with his SS comando troops, murdered thousands of Jews, Poles and other minorities. It opted to obscure the fact that big statues of this war criminal were erected in Western Ukrainian cities. Only for this, the EU is already a criminal accomplice of the 8-year internal war against the Donbass people.

And now we come to Germany and its role in the Ukrainian war. Apart from the big amount of weapons, leopard tanks, missiles and other war equipments it sent to the Kiev regime, like many other EU countries did by the way, Germany is in fact supporting a country full of neonazis in the western part of Ukraine. Neonazi brigades were sent to Russian Kursk region, taking leopard tanks with them. So after 80 years again there were German tanks on Russian soil, used by neonazi brigades who murdered Russian civilians in Russian villages there. Quite the same as what happened when the German army was there in WWII. It is very important to mention all this because of the moral implications it has.

Especially Germany should never again collaborate with or support Nazi affiliated groups where ever they may be. But it did just that by way of its government and parliament. It even had military training camps for neo-Nazi Ukrainian soldiers on its soil. Whatever other countries do with neonazis, like the US and Canada even receiving them officially, is of course also immoral and outright disgusting, but they were not Nazi Germany which caused WWII and exterminated millions of Jews and other minority groups. That is the big difference.

And now Germany’s new government has decided to rebuild a strong army and militarize its industry. That was exactly what Hitler did as soon as he came to power.

On top of this the German government has communicated that it will ban the Russian ambassador and other Russian officials from participating in WWII commemorations of the defeat of Nazi Germany on the 8th of May, which is outrageous.

It is clear that Germany has all the wrong people in power who have brought the country down a dark road from which it does not seem to want to get away. Instead of having taken very seriously Germany’s Nazi past and learned from it, they, and all the former governments, decided to look at that past as if it happened in another planet.

Germany, which could have been the trigger and catalyst for a profound change of direction towards a very much better world and Europe, is instead repeating its past. And in doing so, it is destroying itself once again. Morally, economically, and politically.

Maybe there is still hope that one day the German population will take the future into their own hands and take that road of profound change for which Germany was destined.
